Today morning a search led by the chairman Lumumba hall Elvis Omoit and lecturer by the names of Dr. Kabumba was conducted in every examination room but it did not yield anything. What had began as a mystery is now graduating into a reality. The talks of his disappearance have invited the attention of the University police. A Missing person case referenced SD 37/20/05/2019 has been filed today morning by the Lumumba hall chairperson, Elvis Omoit.

Today’s International Law examinations paper twists the speculations and confirms that Mukisa Joshua is indeed missing. His girlfriend confessed that she last spoke to him in the previous week not knowing that he will go missing over the weekend. ”I spoke to him and all seemed well, I then tried his number on Saturday in vain and when this week elapsed, his phones remain off. I don’t know why this is happening to me”, she tearfully remarked.

Mukisa’s mysterious disappearance has left his relatives, followers and friends in worry with some speculating that he could be in a safehouse being kept incommunicado to weaken his affection for the People Power political wave which he had identified with during the closed guild elections at Makerere.

According to one of the students who preferred anonymity citing security concerns, Mukisa could be under custody by the Internal Security Organization which has developed a tendency of abducting People Power loyalists. With the silence getting louder, Makerere students have vowed to take action if their colleague does not turn up by tomorrow. Online campaigns dubbed Free Mukisa and Find Mukisa have been launched to escalate the search.
