In yesterday’s newspaper article that featured in the Monitor, the People Power principal unleashed his plans for the country upon his ascension to power.
Bobi Wine who currently enjoys the public support is perfectly sure that he will be declared the successor to Uganda’s longest serving president since independence. Bobi unveiled a span of social, economic and political principles and guidelines within which he will steer the country as its head. He pledged to hype the elderly fund from the current shs 25,000 to 100,000, improve the welfare of security forces, lower taxes, cut cabinet, parliament and other administrative positions created by Museveni under his comradeship plans, lower taxes and look through the judicial system. All these plans earned him credit save for his position on Mr. Museveni. Bobi clearly stated that he is to grant him amnesty and appoint him as one of the advisers to the People Power government on grounds of his experience and the fact that the country does not have a favourable climate for ex presidents. Bobi was quoted by the Monitor to have said, “”I will forgive Museveni and make him my advisor”
This comment has been met with a serious debate from members of the opposition specifically those who have faced the wrath and bitterness of Museveni. Leaders from Kasese have asked Bobi Wine to at least punish Museveni for his crimes against humanity. On record, Mr
