The health condition of Presidential advisor on ghetto affairs Mark Bugembe aka Buchaman has worsened and he has been transferred to Nakasero hospital for better treatment.
“We decided to send him to Nakasero Hospital for further management after establishing that he suffered an internal bleeding that currently needs special treatment” a medical worker at Malcom centre said.
Buchaman was recently admitted at Malcolm Medical Centre in Kibuye following his recent brutal arrest by police. His troubles began when he stormed a meeting organised by the National Environment Management Authority (NEMA) in Makindye.
Accompanied by the evicted group, they left for the venue where the meeting was taking place. The reason he gives for going to the meeting is being the Presidential Advisor on Ghetto, he had gone to observe what was taking place only to be roughly arrested by police who bundled him onto the police truck, injuring him in the process.
He blames Kampala Resident City Commissioner, Faridah Mayanja of directing security personnel to attack him.
