“Remember Bad Leaders are Voted into Power by Those who Do not Vote” Bobi Wine 

Kyadondo East member of parliament; a leader of the People Power Movement who doubles as the NUP party President Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu alias Bobi Wine has come out in a video clip and urged all the youth to take part in the forthcoming youth elections at village level which will take place on Monday 17th of August.

Bobi Wine:

“Greetings young people, young men and women of Uganda,
I salute you and I want to thank all of you who got nominated to be candidates for the forth coming youth election despite the intimidation, discrimination and the threats by security agencies.

Many of you were able to get nominated under the National Unity Platform in many places across the country. Now, this is the call to all of you the youth out there to take charge of our common destiny by participating in the national Youth elections.”

Voting for the village youth leaders will take place on Monday 17th August 2020 at the village level.

“Remember bad leaders are voted into power by those who do not vote.. so, come out in large numbers and inform your fellow young people who share the same values and aspirations to come out. Let’s vote for leaders that we want. People Power Our Power, Our Power People Power. NUP, everywhere; everywhere, NUP” Bobi Wine added.
