Following the endless accusations raised by the Ugandan tyrant Yoweri Museveni who believes that presidential hopeful Robert Kyagulanyi alias Bobi Wine has a fully fledged backing and funding of the LGBT community and other foreign groups to reportedly disrupt Uganda’s peace, Kyagulanyi has finally rubbished the narrative.

Speaking during an interview on NBS Morning Breeze this Monday, journalist Simon Kaggwa Njala asked Bobi Wine about the allegations linking him to homosexuals by President Museveni.

In response, Kyagulanyi tactically rubbished the accusations and called on the journalist to get to order and discuss issues pressing Ugandans. “I feel insulted to be drawn into a sexual talk hours to the elections. I’m married to a woman. I find the sexual talk very diversionary,” Bobi Wine reacted.

He added, “Come on Simon don’t be one of the journalists that are being used to divert the pain of the people of Uganda by bringing around nosense. Nubian Li and my entire team are in prison and you are silent about it but you go ahead and ask me about this nosense of homosexuals.”

He further talked about the annexation of all institutions by president Museveni who decides for all arms of the government. “The problem we have today is that an individual has usurped the powers of all the institutions. The priority is not to better the lives of our people. The ideas are put on the table. Figures are being thrown around but don’t translate into real life,” Bobi said.

He added that the incumbent regime sees this election as a battleground. “Museveni’s regime is treating this election as a military operation. We are asking the people of Uganda to step in so that we can overwhelm the dictator. We are using the UVote App to bring us together across the country,” he remarked. “The people in uniform, their wives die while giving birth, they live in “Mama yingiya pole”, the promotions are selective, it is only a few bosses that are connected to the president. You are being used by an old tyrant. Serve the nation but not the dictatorship,” he intimated.
