The judge ordered for the relaxation of movement sanctions imposed on Hon. Kyagulanyi’s wife, Barbara Ithungo since the Attorney General said the state had no case for her.

On Hon. Kyagulanyi, the judge said his residence is not a prison and therefore it’s not constitutional to detain him from here. He however advised the state to prosecute Hon. Kyagulanyi in the courts of law if they feel they have substantial proof to implicate him in the case of causing an insurrection and violence acrosa the country. Court has ruled that the withdrawal of the armed forces takes immediate effect and that the state should meet all the legal costs incurred by Kyagulanyi and his legal team when they filed the suit.
