As more controversies emerge from different sections of the public with each giving its version of how the National Unity Platform party president Kyagulanyi Ssentamu Robert aka Bobi acquired his brand new armoured vehicle, the office of the Inspectorate of Government has picked interest in the same matter.
Our sources have established that the IGG has already ordered Hon. Kyagulanyi to declare his new vehicle in 3 days before closure of the month of February or government will step in and inpound it.
“We appeal to you to declare your new armoured vehicle in a grace period of now till March, 1st,” part of the letter reads. “Failure to do so will attract legal implications so please abide to avoid inconveniences,” another bit reads.
Since its arrival less than a week back, Kyagulanyi’s vehicle has remained a centre of discussion within the public with his supporters taking pride in it as they believe it will at leasr guarantee safety of their leader who has survived numerous assassination attempts by security forces. On the other hand, the vehicle has become a tool of discontent within the security circles who deem it as an exposure of the reluctance in the entire system.
