It seems the words of Lt. Gen. Peter Elwelu are not yet to fizzle out from the minds of Ugandans. The fearless UPDF war machine says he has comfortably found sleep for five years down the road even when he knows that he presided over a mass killing in Kasese district in November, 2016.

The war monger says he is questing for more blood from those who dissent with the ruling government of Gen. Yoweri Museveni. “One of the reasons I have joined parliament is to ensure national stability. I cannot sit and watch when some groups want to destabilise our peace” says Elwelu. “I saw these NUP people crying to ICC and the US to impose sanctions on us! What are sanctions first of all?,” he asked.
He added; “I dare you to find for me a word in your language which means sanctions. First of all I am now an MP. I don’t need anything from USA. I have all the money and power to get what I want right here in Uganda. Even if NUP reports to heaven, we are here to stay”
