His flight will come at a ripe time after the abduction of Turkish based blogger Kajjubi Fred Lumbuye whose thereabouts have since Tuesday remained mysterious. Zaake becomes the third NUP legislator after Kyadondo East MP Muwadda Nkunyinji (shadow foreign affairs minister) and Kawempe North MP Muhammad Ssegirinya to overtly follow up on the abduction of Kajjubi Lumbuye.
Nkunyinji has already written to the Ugandan embassy in Ankara notifying them of the abduction of blogger Lumbuye while Ssegirinya has travelled to the precints of the foreign affairs Ministry in Kampala and the Turkish consul in Kampala where he has presented the case of missing person.
Also combined efforts of Ugandans in the diaspora community have imposed some heavy pressure on Kampala. Some unverified reports claim that the ESO spies who executed the operation have failed to extradite the blogger. They are said to be stuck with him in the spheres of Turkey.
