Court has now ordered for fresh elections in the Busongora South after the petitioner raised substantial grounds that the accused connived with the district Electoral Commission officials to allow even the dead to cast their mandates.

The accused MP Gideon Mujungu declined to speak to media moments after being kicked out of Parliament.

He becomes the third NRM MP after Derrick Orone of Gogonyo county and Eddie Kwizera of Bukimbiri who were this very month kicked out on related grounds of malpractice and voter bribery.
