Sources say she is currently being detained at the Central Police Station in Patongo , Agago on charges of criminal Trespass.

Unconfirmed reports suggest that the suspect is a presidential advisor which is why the matter is being handled out of the media limelight. A police source at Agago says the suspect confessed to practicing sorcery on the CJ Dollo after he allegedly annoyed her with how he ‘silenced the Oulanyah poison debate.’

“She told CID that she is unhappy with Dollo who silenced investigations into the poison claims raised by Mzee Nathan Okori, the father to the late speaker Rt. Hon. Jacob Oulanyah,” says the police source.

Contacted for a comment, an aide working with the office of the Chief Justice declined to divulge into the matter saying it will be shared ‘soon as it’s available.’

Three months since the late speaker was laid to rest at his ancestral home in Lalogi, Omoro district, police and CID have never interested themselves in probing into the poison allegations reportedly raised by the late speaker himself through his father, Mzee Okori. Pledges by the Chief Justice to have the matter settled only ended at a clan meeting where he cautioned elders to stop peddling that allegation as the actual cause of Oulanyah’s death. Owiny Dollo rallied elders to refer and preach the government postmortem report that stated that the late speaker died of cancer stage IV.
