Today has been the final day of the trail. Bobi’s arrival, analysts say is a significant strategy for opposition unity that has been lately facing a span of misfortune.

Bobi, Besigye and the joint opposition candidate Moses Attan travelled and campaigned on the same vehicle as they snaked through the streets of Soroti city.

In his message, Bobi emphasized the need to enbrace unity and keenly focus on the ‘arch enemy’ of the country whom he named as Gen. Yoweri Kaguta Museveni and his National Resistance Movement party.

The Soroti East by-election polls will be cast on Thursday this very week. The major contest is between Moses Attan and the NRM’s Herbert Ariko who yesterday attracted Gen. Museveni to the campaign trail.
